My first job was working in a coffee shop at fourteen years and nine months old.

As soon as I was old enough to get a job, I was flying out the door handing out resumes.

I landed my first job at $11.13 an hour. IÂ was rich.
Â
I also landed an incredible boss, who taught me that I wasn’t just selling coffee. I was creating a space where someone could step outside of their life for five minutes and take a breath. This simple objective sparked something in me and started me on my journey.
My career goal: To create a space for people to get what they need!

Space. Confidence. Skills. Staff. Connection. Resilience. A different perspective.
I journeyed through Education & Training, Recruitment, Sales, Management and into Employment Coaching, Corporate Coaching, Age and Disability Care & Counselling.
Â
I’ve worked with hundreds of business owners/managers, coaching them through workforce needs & challenges, performance management, difficult conversations and strategies to better support employees living with disability, health conditions, injury and other complex barriers.

After years of seeing workplaces from every angle: The frontline staff, leadership and the customer/client - I started seeing a much bigger picture....
My Journey to CX LANE...
This is Australia.

This is our staff. Our managers. Our customers.

These realities walk into our workplaces every day.

They influence how people communicate, respond under pressure, experience service and what they expect from the organisations they work for and buy from.

People are carrying so much.

And we just expect them to…

make it work?

And this is before we consider A.I, the economy and larger
socio-political pressures that can play into the business landscape!
